ROADMAP TO A LOW CARBON ENERGY SECTOR IN HUNGARY
The Regional Centre for Energy Policy Research (REKK) at the Corvinus University of Budapest cordially invites you to the kick off workshop of the ‘ROADMAP TO A LOW CARBON ENERGY SECTOR IN HUNGARY’ research project.
You can find the preliminary program here. Distinguished guest speakers will provide us insight into their national experience on market design and investment into low carbon electricity generation. Hungarian energy policy makers and representatives of the industry will participate in a roundtable discussion on the Hungarian decarbonisation plan. The lectures of the after lunch session will also be presented by distinguished international experts of the field - concerning transmission upgrade, smart distribution, and electric vehicles - and will at the same time provide introduction to the subprojects of REKK’s planned research. At the end of the day the director of REKK, Mr. Peter Kaderják will present the research plan and the audience is kindly asked and encouraged to comment on the relevance of the topics, the focus of the research and on the methodology.

REKK Tanulmányi Verseny 2011-2012
A BCE Regionális Energiagazdasági Kutatóközpontja tanulmányi versenyt szervez a Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem, a Budapesti Műszaki és Gazdaságtudományi Egyetem, valamint az ELTECON II.-V. éves hallgatói számára. A tanulmányokat az alábbi témákban várjuk:
- A világpiaci válság hatása a magyarországi gázszektorra (hatás a magyarországi upstream és downstream vállalatok eredményességére, a magyarországi fogyasztásra, árakra)
- A szekunder szabályozási tartalékot nyújtó erőművek árazási viselkedésének közgazdasági elemzése
- A szivattyús tározós erőmű (SZET) CO2 kibocsátásra gyakorolt hatása
- Az időjárásfüggő villamosenergia-termelők rendszerintegrációs költségeinek becslése
- Az integrált (víz, villamos energia, gáz) okos-mérő bevezetésének előnyei - hátrányai, lehetőségei, korlátai
- A víz ára és a víz biztosításának ára
- Az épületenergetikai beruházásokkal kapcsolatos fogyasztói döntések közgazdasági elemzése
